At just 32 years old, Maxime Rolando has stepped up to take over the reins at Accro’bat ROLANDO, which was founded in 2015.

Maxime first discovered the trade of building painting while he was at secondary school, when he did an apprenticeship in his brother’s company. Whilst he’d been focusing on more “classic” studies at the time, he unearthed a real passion for building painting and obtained a vocational qualification in painting in 2009.

His main trade sector covers painting, renovation plastering, and worksite management.

What he really loves about his work is the relationships he builds with clients. He finds great satisfaction in watching them discover the finished project, and seeing the smiles on their faces.

Maxime Rolando: Height and precision with the Cross 180 scaffolding

As part of his work, Maxime uses theCross 180 scaffold tower, mainly for taking on the challenges of painting in stairwells, interior heights, and façades. He loves its ease of use, its lightweight design, its sturdiness and, most of all, the assembly/disassembly of the braces with the T-Grip pole from the ground.

Since 2009, with his former boss, he began using Tubesca-Comabi products, particularly our ladders and fixed scaffolding. He recommends these products for their simple assembly and disassembly, and their sturdiness, as well as for the availability of the technical support team in the event of any issues or questions coming up.

One of the stand-out experiences of using our products for Maxime was when he was working on a plasterboard project in a bedroom. At the client’s request, he installed a chandelier at a height of 7 metres, in total safety thanks to the Cross 180, with the assembly, disassembly, and installation of the chandelier taking just 1 hour.

To sum things up, Maxime has highlight the key values that have shaped his career:

  • Learning
  • Curiosity
  • Satisfaction
