Dans ce contexte et pour offrir le meilleur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en hauteur \u00e0 ses clients, TUBESCA-COMABI, leader fran\u00e7ais dans la fabrication et la commercialisation de solutions d\u2019acc\u00e8s et de travail en hauteur, fait \u00e9voluer sa gamme d\u2019\u00e9chafaudages roulants en acier et en aluminium.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La NF EN 1004 a \u00e9t\u00e9 initialement publi\u00e9e en 2005 et concernait les produits mesurant plus de 2,50 m\u00e8tres de haut (de 2,5 m \u00e0 12 m plancher ; 8 m plancher en ext\u00e9rieur). La nouvelle version de la norme d\u00e9finit d\u00e9sormais un nouveau p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre pour les \u00e9chafaudages roulants de 0 m \u00e0 12 m plancher (8 m plancher en ext\u00e9rieur).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Norme EN 1004-1 : quelles \u00e9volutions sur les \u00e9chafaudages roulants?\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/P44LRIMmKU4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"les-principales-modifications-requises-par-la-nouvelle-version-de-la-norme-nf-en-1004-1\">Les principales modifications requises par la nouvelle version de la norme : NF EN 1004-1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-mycms-bullets-orange wp-block-list\"><li>La hauteur des planchers de travail \u00e9volue : la hauteur maximale autoris\u00e9e pour le premier<\/li><li>plancher passe de 4,6 m \u00e0 3,4 m.<\/li><li>L&#8217;espacement maximal entre les planchers diminue. L\u2019ancienne version de la norme pr\u00e9voyait<\/li><li>une hauteur inter-planchers maximale de 4,2 m ; elle est aujourd\u2019hui abaiss\u00e9e \u00e0 2,25 m pour<\/li><li>favoriser l\u2019ergonomie et r\u00e9duire les risques de chute.<\/li><li>L&#8217;utilisation de stabilisateurs devient syst\u00e9matique.<\/li><li>La hauteur maximale du 1er \u00e9chelon sur l\u2019\u00e9chelle d\u2019acc\u00e8s est r\u00e9duite. Lorsque le premier<\/li><li>plancher est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 une hauteur inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2,00 m et que l\u2019acc\u00e8s ne peut se faire de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur,<\/li><li>une solution pour acc\u00e9der au plancher par l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9vue pour garantir la hauteur du<\/li><li>1er \u00e9chelon \u00e0 moins de 40 cm du sol.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les plinthes, sous lisses et la trappe de plancher sont \u00e9galement concern\u00e9es par les modifications. Les sous lisses doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sentes sur tous les planchers (y compris les planchers interm\u00e9diaires). L\u2019espace minimum entre les plinthes et les planchers est r\u00e9duit. Les planchers quant \u00e0 eux doivent \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9s de syst\u00e8me obligatoire de fermeture automatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tubesca-comabi-fait-evoluer-ses-gammes-pour-toujours-plus-de-securite\">Tubesca-Comabi fait \u00e9voluer ses gammes, pour toujours plus de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour satisfaire aux exigences de cette nouvelle r\u00e9glementation et r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des travaux en hauteur pour les utilisateurs, TUBESCA-COMABI renouvelle son offre d\u2019\u00e9chafaudages roulants en acier et en aluminium. Ses solutions innovantes, totalement s\u00e9curis\u00e9es pour l\u2019acc\u00e8s en hauteur personnalis\u00e9, sont le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019un important travail de R&amp;D r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par les \u00e9quipes en interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Comme nous l&#8217;avons toujours fait, nous avons anticip\u00e9 l&#8217;\u00e9volution de la norme pour limiter les accidents et augmenter la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des utilisateurs de nos produits.
