Cette nomination entre en vigueur \u00e0 partir du 7 septembre 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De formation initiale ing\u00e9nieur compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par un MBA d&#8217;une \u00e9cole de management, Thierry Dufour a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re chez Ernst &amp; Young ; puis il a rejoint la Division Distribution B\u00e2timent du groupe St Gobain o\u00f9, entre 2005 et 2019, il a occup\u00e9 des postes de Directeur financier de diff\u00e9rentes entit\u00e9s du groupe Point P. Il a \u00e9galement men\u00e9 plusieurs op\u00e9rations de croissance externe, notamment \u00e0 l\u2019international, et il a dirig\u00e9 Jewson, la filiale britannique de St Gobain Distribution B\u00e2timent. En 2019, il a rejoint le Groupe Alliance Automotive en tant que responsable d\u2019une Business Unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son exp\u00e9rience, notamment chez Saint Gobain, Thierry Dufour connait bien l\u2019environnement march\u00e9 dans lequel \u00e9volue Fr\u00e9n\u00e9hard &amp; Michaux. Son exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9ussie \u00e0 l\u2019international constitue un atout pr\u00e9cieux pour le Groupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Thierry DUFOUR sera le bras droit de Bernard Rothan, Pr\u00e9sident de Fr\u00e9n\u00e9hard &amp; Michaux.
