Este nombramiento entra en vigor a partir del 7 de septiembre de 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Con una formaci\u00f3n inicial en ingenier\u00eda complementada con un MBA de una escuela de administraci\u00f3n, Thierry Dufour comenz\u00f3 su carrera en Ernst &amp; Young; luego se incorpor\u00f3 a la Divisi\u00f3n Distribution B\u00e2timent del grupo St Gobain donde, entre 2005 y 2019, ocup\u00f3 cargos de director financiero en diferentes entidades del grupo Point P. Tambi\u00e9n dirigi\u00f3 varias operaciones de crecimiento externo, especialmente a nivel internacional, y dirigi\u00f3 Jewishon, la filial brit\u00e1nica de St Gobain Distribution B\u00e2timent. En 2019 se incorpor\u00f3 al Grupo Alliance Automotive como responsable de una Unidad de Negocio.<\/p>\n\n<p>Gracias a su experiencia, especialmente en Saint Gobain, Thierry Dufour conoce bien el entorno del mercado en el que trabaja Fr\u00e9n\u00e9hard &amp; Michaux. Su exitosa experiencia internacional constituye una valiosa ventaja para el Grupo.<\/p>\n\n<p>Como director general, Thierry Dufour ser\u00e1 la mano derecha de Bernard Rothan, presidente de Fr\u00e9n\u00e9hard &amp; Michaux. Se har\u00e1 cargo de la direcci\u00f3n de las empresas TUBESCA-COMABI, ARTUB, TENDO, FMS RINGUE y MAE a partir de enero de 2024. <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>El propio Thierry Dufour expres\u00f3 su entusiasmo ante la idea de unirse al grupo Fr\u00e9n\u00e9hard &amp; Michaux:<\/p>\n\n<p><em>\u00abEstoy muy contento de unirme al Grupo Fr\u00e9n\u00e9hard &amp; Michaux, una empresa con un posicionamiento \u00fanico en torno a \u201cla altura en confianza\u201d.
